It was established as a <strong data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"363\">university center<\/strong> at the beginning of the 2008\u20132009 academic year, welcoming more than 1,000 students and marking the launch of higher education and scientific research in Mila Province.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"778\">Over the years, the institution has experienced steady growth in both academic programs and human resources. Today, it accommodates more than 10\u202f820 students, supported by 529 faculty members and 478 technical and administrative staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1025\">As part of the development of the higher education system, the University Center of Mila was promoted to a full-fledged university by <strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"950\">Executive Decree No. 25-266<\/strong>, dated <strong data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"984\">15 Rabie El Awwal 1447<\/strong>, corresponding to <strong data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1022\">October 7, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1261\">In recognition of national memory and in tribute to one of the prominent figures of the Algerian Liberation Revolution, the institution was officially renamed <strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1233\">Abdelhafid Boussouf University of Mila<\/strong> on <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1258\">December 29, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"1188\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The University offers a broad range of programs across the three academic cycles: Bachelor&#8217;s, Master&#8217;s, and Doctorate. These programs span a variety of fields, including scientific, technological, economic, legal, and literary disciplines. The programs are delivered by a team of highly qualified experts who are responsible for both academic training and student supervision.
