candidates, and residents in medical sciences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"textheader\">2- Short-term High-level Scientific Stays Abroad<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For higher education professors, &#8220;A&#8221; and &#8220;B&#8221; class lecturers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"textheader\">3- Participation in Internationally Classified Scientific Events<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For higher education professors, lecturers, assistant professors, salaried doctoral candidates, and residents in medical sciences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"textheader\">Evaluation Scale<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation scale attached to the Decree 255 defining the selection criteria for admission to the short-term mobility program abroad \u2013 reserved for administrative and technical staff category (<a
