Thus, the general secretariat is responsible for the following missions:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the management of the careers of university staff while respecting the prerogatives of the faculties and the Faculties in this area,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare the university budget project and monitor its execution,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor the funding of laboratory and research unit activities,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the proper functioning of the common services of the university,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implement the programs of cultural and sporting activities of the university and to promote them,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the follow-up and coordination of the university&#8217;s internal security plans in relation to the ministerial internal security office,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the management and conservation of archives and documentation of the rectorate,<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the operation and management of the university&#8217;s order office.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"textheader\">Attached sub-department<\/p>\r\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\u00a0The general secretariat, to which the general office and the internal security office are attached, comprises the following sub-divisions:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>The sub-department of Personnel, Training and Cultural and Sports Activities.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>The sub-department of\u00a0 The budget, accounting and resources .<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>\u00a0Common technical services of the university center.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] The General Secretariat : 031.45.00.03 : 031.45.00.03 : XXXXXXX@centre-univ-mila.dz \u00a0The general secretariat is placed under the responsibility of a general secretary and ensures the management of administrative, financial, and human resources affairs of the structures and common administrative and technical services placed under his authority.
